Product Features:
Softener HK-2020 is a non-ionic fatty acid polymer softener specifically designed to improve the softness and smoothness of household paper. Softener HK-2020 is a type of softener that is mixed and dispersed in pulp and adsorbed on the surface of pulp fibers. Therefore, the addition point of this softener should be as early as possible, preferably in the pulper, to allow enough time for it to fully mix with the pulp fibers, allowing the fiber surface to adsorb softener molecules, making the finished paper surface have a strong smoothness and improving the feel of the base paper. This product is a non-ionic drug that can improve the disturbance caused by cationic drugs to the wet end system. The slight foaming of this product does not affect the stability of the wet end system. Softener HK-2020 can also be sprayed onto the dryer. When sprayed onto the dryer, it can be directly added to the mixing tank or mixed online through a static mixer; When added to the pulp, it can be added to the pulper at a rate of 1-3 kilograms per ton of paper.
